If you have received an invoice from the Connecticut Sleep Lab and would like to make a payment with your credit card, debit card, or bank account, please click here. Please note your Medical Record Number as your "Reason for Payment". If you prefer to make a credit card payment over the phone, please call the lab at (860) 770-6748.  Checks can always be mailed to the Connecticut Sleep Lab as well.
